Takin it to the Streets
Yet another instance of how our Constitution is not perfect. A mere six years after a candidate receiving a popular vote majority we have an instance of how a state official could dictate the federal balance of power. If we can preempt state regulation of cellphone rates sure we should preempt the ability of a governor to dictate the makeup of the Senate.
