So who is Samantha Ronson . . .

. . . apart from being one of the luckiest people in the world to be dating Lindsay Lohan? And yes, their romance appears to be the real thing. Prior to all the LiLo hype, I was a "friend" on Samantha's MySpace page. I discovered her through her brother, Mark Ronson, who is one of the hottest DJs and Producers around, and an artist in his own right. Samantha is a DJ and a very accomplished musician in her own right as well. Her songs have appeared on some of my mix-CDs. They are both step-children of a guitarist from Foreigner and Samantha's twin, Charlotte, is a very trendy designer. Considering the men Lindsay has dated, Samantha is definitely a step up and she does not appear to try to be cashing in on LiLo as her parents do.
